In Calabria, all bars have “Happy hour” between approximately 17-20. Unfortunately, this does not mean that price is reduced but instead you get free food, such as antipasto and snacks. A drink costs about 5-8 € but you get food for at least as much!
If you intend to have dinner after taking a drink, it may be appropriate to just eat primi piatti as you are quite full after this meal!.
